Help! Having problems or can't find what you are looking for?

The new City of Melville website features a range of tools to help you find the information you need!

MENUS


You could use the new menus to find information

Like many websites, the City of Melville has information arranged into logical sections - if you click on a main menu item such as 'For residents' you will see a further list appear on the left of your screen.

By clicking on an item you can see the information about those items, or find another menu with more options.

Why not have a casual 'click around'? You might be surprised about what you might find out about the City of Melville!


A-Z


You could use the A-Z to find what you are looking for

The A-Z on our old site was extremely popular, so we have expanded this tool to be even more useful. Just click on the first letter of what you might be looking for (eg. D for Dogs) and you will see what information is available.

If you can't find it, try looking under another possible heading (eg. if you wanted to pay your gog registration renewal, you might find it under D for Dogs or P for Payments)

Search tools are a common yet underused part of most websites. The City of Melville search tool is a powerful way of finding very specific information.

I'm having problems downloading PDFs!

This website has been designed to be standards compliant and accessible and useable across the broadest possible range of computers. However, as some software configurations often result in non-compliant operation, you may experience difficulties downloading certain files. Please note the following:
  1. You must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer - Click here to download

Internet Explorer users - if you are having trouble downloading the PDFs:

  • Find a location to save the file (eg your desktop) and click save
  • In the Download complete dialogue box, click open
  • If you are still having problems, please contact the website team or the relevant service area to have the relevant information sent to you by an appropriate method.
