Payment Plans

Standard options for payment include

  • Single payment by the due date.
  • If paid early
  • A 3% discount applies to everything except the Emergency Services and Pool Inspection Fees.

          

  • Four (Quarterly) installments

           - A $15 admin fee applies if you pay in installments (excluding pensioners/seniors)

 

Overdue accounts will be charged interest.

Deferred Rates/Emergency Services Levy

If you are a pensioner/senior you may be able to defer your rates until the property is sold. Please click here for further details.

 

Payment Difficulties

If you are having difficulty paying your rates, please contact the customer service team on 1300 MELVILLE (1300 635 845) or send us an online customer request.

The City of Melville also provides a financial counselling service.  Bookings can be made by calling the Customer Service Team or sending us an online request.
