There are three options for paying your rates,

• If paid before the discount date, you will be entitled to receive the discount and enter into the rates incentive prize draw.

• One full payment by the due date on the original notice.

• You may elect to pay in four installments.

A reminder notice will be sent to you prior to the due date of each installment.  The installment payment option is only available if all arrears are paid with the first installment and if the first installment is paid by the due date on the original notice.  An administration fee of $15.50 applies to this option, and is charged to cover the preparation, printing and postage of the installment notices.

Please note that interest is charged on overdue payments.

What methods of payment are available?

Rates and charges can be paid in person, by post, telephone or online over the Internet.  Payments can be made using by cash, cheque, money order, debit card (EFTPOS) or credit card.
