Green Waste Verge Collection

The City of Melville has changed the way that bulk waste verge collections are carried out. From now on, green waste will be collected at different times to general household junk and white goods.

Clean green waste only will be collected as per the schedule above. General household junk and recyclable metals/white goods will be collected once a year during July - August. Green waste will not be picked up during this collection. The separate collections will enable quality products to be produced from uncontaminated green waste and steel.

The green waste must be placed out on your verge before 6.00am on the date shown for your area.
