Changing two trips per week is the target of an intensive TravelSmart program soon to be offered to 38,500 City of Melville residents.

TravelSmart to School RoadShow 2007
The TravelSmart to School program works with primary schools to promote walking, cycling, public transport and carpooling for school trips. TravelSmart to school is run by Millennium Kids.
Roadwise Safety Jackets
Roadwise is the name of Western Australia's local government road safety strategy. The City of Melville embraces this initiative providing saftey jackets available for hire.
SMARTi
SMARTi seeks to reduce traffic congestion by decreasing the amount of journeys taken by motor vehicles; specifically single occupant vehicle trips. SMARTi provides information and incentives for you to consider the most suitable transport mode. SMARTi is funded by the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and Arts and the City of Melville
