Payment Plans
Standard options for payment include
- Single payment by the due date.
- If paid early
- There is an Early Bird Prize Draw. Click here for details
- Four (Quarterly) installments
- A $16 admin fee applies if you pay in installments (excluding pensioners/seniors)
Overdue accounts will be charged interest.

Deferred Rates/Emergency Services Levy
If you are a pensioner/senior you may be able to defer your rates until the property is sold. Please click here for further details.

The City of Melville also provides a financial counselling service. Bookings can be made by calling the Customer Service Team or sending us an online request.
