Fees for Planning and Building Services
The Council as part of its budget considerations each year sets fees that will apply to the many services offered or performed by the City for the next 12 months. Fees generally for planning matters are prescribed by regulations and apply throughout all of Western Australia. For simplicity these are included below in a summary of the Councils adopted fees.
