Building and Construction Industry Training Fund (BCITF)

BCITF (Building and Construction Industry Training Fund) is a fee paid on building applications where the estimated construction value is $20,000 or more.

• Payment of BCITF levy is required for all applications over $20,000.
• Payment can be made to the Construction Training Fund in person, by post or online.
• A BCITF levy form payment receipt is to be submitted with your application.
