Be Part of the New Community Hub - Expressions of Interest now open

The City is calling for expressions of interests from not for profit community organisations to lease one, two or three buildings on the Old Melville Primary School site.

The buildings are located in the residential suburb of Melville, Cnr Kitchener and Curtis Roads.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with other users and the community to create a
‘Community Hub’.

Applications shall be submitted on a ‘Expression of Interest - Application Form’, which can be
obtained from the Customer Service Counter on the ground floor at the City of Melville Civic Centre,
10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday Or by clicking here

Applications shall be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to Leeann Reid, Coordinator
Community Development, City of Melville, Locked Bag 1, Booragoon WA 6954 and deposited in the tender box situated in the Foyer of the Civic Centre on or before 4.00pm Friday, 16 November 2007.
