Ratepayers Invited to Annual General Meeting
Ratepayers have been invited to attend the City of Melville’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 8 December 2011 at the Civic Centre in Booragoon to receive a copy of the Community Annual Report 2010-2011 and ask any questions.
The detailed annual report is now available online in digital format or in hard copy from Monday, 5 December 2011 and contains the City’s activities, achievements, financial position and budgets for the last financial year.
In order for complex questions to be answered at the meeting, questions must be received by 5.00pm on Monday, 5 December 2011.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, 8 December 2011 at 6.30pm in the Conference Room, Level Two, City of Melville Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon.
The City of Melville’s Community Annual Report 2010-2011 is available at: www.melvillecity.com.au/annualreport and at any of the City’s five libraries from Monday, 5 December.
