Local Law relating to Parking Facilities is currently being advertised

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Melville resolved on 17 July 2007 its intention to amend its Local Law Relating to Parking.

The Purpose of  the amendment is to amend the Local Law Relating to Parking facilities to increase the modified penalties in the second schedule.

 

The effect of the Local Law amendment is that penalties for parking offences will be increased as per the amounts shown in the second schedule of the Local Law Relating to Parking Facilities.

 

Copies of the Local Law amendment are available for inspection free of charge from the City of Melville Offices,Ground Floor reception,10 Almondbury Road ,Booragoon between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and from the City of Melville Libraries during their normal opening hours Submissions on the proposed amendment should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer ,10 Almondbury Rd Booragoon  6954 by  Friday 14 September 2007.
