In 2010, the LGMA Management Challenge stepped outside the box with unprecedented success including a record number of teams and the publication of a pre-management challenge report on gender diversity and the workforce.

The 2011 LGMA Management Challenge returns to the heart of local government. Teams will again assume the role of a management team within a council and compete across a range of pressing issues by sector.
