Group Fitness

For people who work full time til 5:00-5:30 each night it is really difficult to make it to the gym in time for many of the group fitness classes. I think more group fitness classes from 7:00 pm would be really well received, as i often would like to go more frequently but don't have the chance due to timetable restrictions at the Leeming Recreation Centre.

Thank you

Aqua classes

I too am like Felicity and work full time until 5:30 in CBD and would love to be able to attend aqua classes in the evening on my way from work (preferably around 6:30). Unfortunately Im not a yuppie mummy and cannot attend classes in the morning... would be fabulous to have the chance to do such classes at the Leeming Recreation Centre also:)

Thank you

Group Fitness Class Times

Hi Felicity,
I appreciate your feedback and will take it on board when we review our timetable. I understand it is difficult to fit in Group Fitness & Wellness Classes after work. Within the 3 centres we do offer 6am and 7:30am classes, as well as 7pm and 7:30pm classes to cater for such schedules.
During the winter months these classes are obviously less popular, but as the weather gets warmer we are keen to provide more classes at these times to better meet the needs of our customers.
Please feel free to contact me (Rachel)on the GF&W desk on 9364 0813 for further enquiries.

Pump class Monday 6pm

I would like to suggest that this class be limited to a maximum of perhaps 25 people.
Last Monday night was a shambles. There were too many people in the room (approx 30),
not enough weights, bars or collars. This is very frustrating for the Instructor and all participants.
