Research indicates that as we get older, there is an increased importance to regularly partake in aerobic and strength building exercise programs. We invite you to ‘energise your lifestyle’ with our qualified instructors.
Forever Fit
The Forever Fit program is a set of purpose designed, low impact exercise classes for the mature exerciser. It includes gym circuits, group fitness and aqua classes. Fees are outlined under our membership options (LINK) and click here for the timetable. Don’t forget to ask about our free monthly Forever Fit morning and afternoon teas.
Living Longer Living Stronger (LLLS)
The Living Longer Living Stronger program endorsed by COTA is an over 50's program that encourages and supports mature people to achieve improved health and quality of life. This is a fully supervised, personalised training program that also has a social aspect.

The upfront cost for this program is a $20 health assessment and a $35 consultation, then its only $6.60 per visit. And don’t forget to ask about our free monthly LLLS morning and afternoon teas.

Lifeball
Lifeball is a new activity designed for older adults and is played by both men and women in a mixed team. It is a safe, non-contact team game played at a walking pace and can develop health by improving balance, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.
Lifeball is held on Tuesday and Thursdays 9-10am and costs $4.00.
Term Program
The Term Program has an extensive range of activities available covering sport (including soccer, basketball and multisports) and wellness programs (yoga, pilates, tai chi). Click here to view Term Activities.
