Umpires and Referees Wanted

The Sports Management Team is looking for highly motiviated, engergetic and passionate people that have qualifications and experience in officating team sports.

Sports include: netball, soccer, basketball and football.

Times played are variable at Melville Recreation Centre on most nights of the week.

Coaches Wanted

Looking for an opportunity to develop your skills as a coach or working towards a teaching degree? Why not gain some experience as a coach in one of our junior coaching clinics here at our Centres.

Clinics include: basketball, soccer, netball, multisports and sportslink.

Coaching times are variable at Melville Recreation Centre on most afternoons of the week.

Coaches must be able to construct a lesson plan for the session and have a keen love for the sport.

Lifeguards

We are seeking to employ a pool of qualified and experienced Lifeguards/Aquatic Service Officers. Successful applicants will hold current Pool Lifeguard, Bronze Medallion and Senior First Aid Certificate.

Pool Managers

We are currently seeking to employee casual Aquatic Service Officers (Pool Manager).The successful applicants will hold a pool operations qualification as well as a current Pool Lifeguard, Bronze Medallion and Senior First Aid Certificate and Defibrillator Qualification. You will also have knowledge of pool testing and plant room operations, water chemistry and health regulations.
