Madness is permissible once a year.
This exhibition winds its way through Carnivale exploring ideas of feasting and revelry, bonfires and dazzling lights, side-shows and show bags, masks and body bags, anonymity and hedonism... to make some sense out of this dichotomy of excess versus restaint, surfeit versus scarcity, feast versus famine, inherent in the Carnivale.
Artist Talks with Jane King
Take a walk through Carnivale with artist Jane King. Learn aspects of various works and about techniques used in the exhibition.

Artist Residency - Anne Margaret Duff
For the duration of Carnivale Anne Margaret Duff will be working from the gallery Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 and 2pm. She will be available to discuss her work and the exhibition.
