School students in the City of Melville now have access to a new tool aimed at supporting academic success with the launch of yourtutor as part of the City’s online library resources.

Free to City of Melville library members, yourtutor is useful for students from years four to 12, providing direct access to experienced tutors via the internet from 4.00pm to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualified tutors are available to help students one-on-one with their homework, exam preparation and study questions across a range of subjects, including English, maths and science.

yourtutor uses cutting-edge education tools like an interactive whiteboard, shared web browsing and controlled chat to connect students with tutors via home computers or at City of Melville libraries.

Academic help is now immediate, professional, secure, anonymous and free!

yourtutor is provided by Tutoring Australasia, an Australian-located and owned company, and has already been successfully used by more than 100,000 students across the country.
