Local Plant Subsidy Scheme

During the month of May City of Melville residents can purchase up to 30 local native seedlings for the subsidised price of $1.50 from APACE in North Fremantle.

The local plant subsidy scheme provides you with the opportunity to increase biodiversity in your backyard, create habitat, create links and corridors, save water and provide something beautiful for your garden that may become a talking point that will increase awareness of local flora.

City of Melville residents may select up to 30 plants from a wide range of colourful, low maintenance, waterwise plants. Plant numbers are limited so hurry in.

Plants can be obtained by visiting APACE at 1 Johannh Street North Fremantle.

Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm

Saturday 9am - 12pm (May only).
