Local Plant Subsidy Scheme

In May each year, the City of Melville participates in the Local Plant Subsidy Scheme. Residents can obtain up to 30 local plants at the subsidised price of $1.50 each from APACE in North Fremantle.

The local plant subsidy scheme provides you with the opportunity to increase biodiversity in your backyard, create habitat, create links and corridors, save water and provide something beautiful for your garden that may become a talking point and increase awareness of local flora.

City of Melville residents may select up to 30 plants from a wide range of colourful, low maintenance, waterwise plants.

Plant numbers are limited, so hurry in!

Download and complete the online voucher and take it into APACE at 1 Johannah Street, North Fremantle.

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm (during May only).
