Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) for Non-English Speakers
The Australian Government, through the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, provides this service for people who do not speak English and for English speakers needing to communicate with them.
City of Melville residents are entitled to a free interpreting service provided by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
Telephone Interpreting
To use the telephone interpreting service, follow the directions in the table below:

This service is available during normal
City of Melville business hours.
This service is also available on request at the Customer Service Counter at the City of Melville Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon.
