Musical Instruments

The assigned noise levels do not apply to noise emitted from residential premises from the use of a musical instrumen on any day if -

  1. the instruments is used in a reasonable manner
  2. the instrument has not been used for more than one (1) hour since the beginning of the relevant day
  3. the instrument is used -
    1. between 7am and 7pm on Monday to Saturday
    2. between 9am and 7pm on a Sunday and public holiday.
