Making a booking

Each sporting club, group and/or casual user is requried to make a booking for use of any of City of Melville's Reserves each season. All sporting groups and/or user groups must be aware of the scheduled charges, responsibilities, procedures and policies within the City of Melville before commiting to a ground. More infomation can be found in the Season Grounds Allocation Booklet .

New clubs and/groups are asked to address points from the New Clubs Infomation Form before making a booking. 

Once each sporting club and/or group are aware of these responsibilities, they are then encouraged to fill out a Seasonal Application Form. For online applications, simply click here.

Seasons

Summer: 1 October - 28 February of the following year

Winter: 1 April - 31 August

Pre Season

Summer: 1 January - 31 March

Winter: 1 July - 30 September

Extended Season

Summer: 1 March - 31 March

Winter: 1 September - 30 September

Note: all clubs paying the base rate for seasonal usage are entitled to two (2) free carnivals (full day duration) per season subject to normal booking procedures and ground condition.

A seasonal ground hire charge of $43.00 is set to cover administration costs for use of sports grounds
