How to Apply

Find out exactly how to apply for your prefered type of funding.

Organisations seeking support from the City of Melville should complete the Community Partnership Application Form available in the following formats:

  • Online via the City of Melville website. Click here.
  • Community Partnership Funding pack that can be posted upon request, or
  • From the Customer Service and Information counter at the City of Melville Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon.

 

Applications should be signed by the CEO, chairperson of an organisation or person with authority to sign and delivered via:
