Buster the Fun Bus
Buster the Fun Bus is a Free parenting support service operating throughout the Cities of Fremantle and Melville
‘Buster’ travels to community parks and venues offering a service for parents and their children to meet informally, to create networks, enjoy their local facility and be involved in creative and developmentally appropriate activities.
Allsion Sampson, Buster Team Leader says "Buster allows young children to experience the importance of sharing with other kids their own age and it gives parents a chance to get out of the house and make friends in the open air."
Buster offers support, information and resources to parents to enhance their parenting skills. Buster provides opportunities to extend children’s play and development while supporting and encouraging parents/carers to participate positively in their child/children’s play.
Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times and are encouraged to be involved in play activities.
