Personal Training (30 minutes)
This ultimate experience aims to make personal training accessible for everyone as it is cost effective and time efficient. Focussing on the proven principle of quality training above quantity it is flexibly designed for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Personal Training (60 minutes)
Accelerate your fitness levels in many areas of fitness depending on what your goals are. You will have the unique opportunity to experience the benefits of personal training through innovative training techniques. The entire conditioning session can be focused purely on strength training or cardiovascular training or a mix of these in conjunction with the latest training and exercise methods and trends.
Packs of 10, 20 & 30 sessions are available.
Program Consultation (60 minutes)
Fast track your results when you book with one of our trained fitness professionals. Your trainer will tailor a program specifically aimed at targeting your fitness needs and goals. As well as guiding you through the training to make sure you maximise your training sessions. Your program.....just like yourself, will be like no other - it is developed to suit your needs.
