PILATES REFORMER: Using the Pilates Reformer machine, this class covers postural and technical aspects of Pilates Reformer, offering a workout that forms an excellent base for progressive stabilisation work.  Benefits include : balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination, overall body muscle tone, improved postural correction and core strength. We ask that you wear socks Reformer classes for hygienic reasons.  Grip socks can be purchased from reception.

POWER REFORMER : Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique to deliver a more intense workout.  In POWER Reformer the exercises are performed in a more challenging and precise way to engage more muscles, resulting in a toned, sleek and sculpted body. Using dynamic pace and more add-on accessories, this class will push your levels of strength and flexibility. This class offers a solid Intermediate Pilates workout, perfect for those who have been regularly attending Reformer.

BARRE ATTACK: Dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. An all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. It helps with posture, flexibility, balance and overall fitness, staying trim and getting toned.

Les Mills GRIT STRENGTH: 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 

Les Mills SPRINT: 30-minute high intensity interval workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results with minimum joint impact. Push your physical and mental limits.

RPM: Indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

BODYATTACK: The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises.

BODYBALANCE: This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYCOMBAT: This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BODYPUMP: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.

BODYSTEP: This energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around it, you'll push fat-burning systems into high gear.

CXWORX: Based on cutting-edge scientific research, CXWORX is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and "slings" connecting the upper and lower body.   Please note:  It is recommended to avoid doing a CXWORX class before a resistance training workout (such as BODYPUMP). Exhausting your core muscles before this type of training can lead to injury.

LITE PACE: Introductory level class for those who are starting out or just want to enjoy a simple, fun class. Basic, low impact moves at an easy to follow pace.

RUNFIT: This group running session is designed to improve running ability and cardiovascular endurance. Suitable for the beginner to the advanced runner.

X-TRAIN: This class combines strength, endurance and core stability to maximise results for all levels of fitness.  Kick start your day or finish it with a bang.

SUSPENSION: This class uses two of the most versatile fitness tools; suspension training and ropes. This fusion of suspension training and cardio intervals strengthens the core and incinerates fat.

BOXFIT: This is a high intensity no nonsense session heavily influenced by an authentic boxing conditioning session. 

FOREVER FIT STRENGTH: A great resistance workout aimed at improving fitness, strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Specifically designed for more mature adults or those returning to exercise.

ACTIVE CIRCUIT: Designed for the more mature adult, this group circuit based class will increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. Offering varied intensity options to keep you motivated while supporting correct technique and safety.

AQUA TONE: By using the water as resistance, this class is great for aerobic fitness and burning calories. Aqua tone incorporates the use of equipment to tone and strengthen all muscle groups. Swimming proficiency not required.

FOREVERFIT AQUA: A fun, low impact class, designed for older adults. Improve tone, strength, flexibility and coordination. Enjoy a cuppa after the class.

DH2O (DEEP WATER AQUA): Featuring buoyancy and resistance equipment, you will work on increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, aerobic conditioning. Swimming proficiency is advised.

PILATES: A unique conditioning program aimed at balancing the body as a whole, working from the inside out. Pilates uses breathing to connect mind and body while improving postural alignment.

YOGA: Stretch and strengthen all parts of the body including the mind. Improves posture, breathing, balance and coordination while improving flexibility.
