Although our community fares better than most in WA in terms of health outcomes, there are still lots of things we can do to reduce our risks of preventable chronic health conditions such as heart disease, stroke and cancers.
Similarly keeping mentally healthy is something we all know to be very important, and there are many ways that we can look after our mental health.
The City is a partner in the Act Belong Commit Program and by participating in our great free events; you can get involved in your local community, have lots of fun AND look after your mental health!
