Did you know...

The "Did you know?" program is a regular promotion that ensures the community is made aware of the Council's services and is given access to opportunities of which they may otherwise be unaware.

The City of Melville like many councils offer a range of services, which are sometimes mistaken as being offered by other government or non-government organisations.

This has sometimes led to misunderstandings about the role of local government. The "Did you know?" program aims to ensure that the community is aware of the current role of local government, the changes that are occurring and that will continue to occur, and an understanding of where their rates are spent.

It will help to inform residents about the bredth of the City of Melville's services and to help raise awaireness of underutilised or little-know services and activities.
