Proposed City of Melville Local Government Property Local Law 2010 Amendment Local Law 2011

The City of Melville proposes to make a local law to amend the City of Melville’s Local Government Property Local Law 2010.

The purpose of the proposed local law is to amend the City of Melville’s Local Government Property Local Law 2010 in accordance with the requirements made by the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.

The effect of this local law is to amend the local law.

A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected at or obtained from the City’s offices at 10 Almondbury Road Booragoon WA 6154 between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and at any public library within the City of Melville during normal opening hours.

Submissions about the proposed local law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Melville, Locked Bag 1, Booragoon WA 6954 by Friday 14 October 2011.
