This local law is subject to amendment. The Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation has instructed the City that some clauses in the local law require amendment. The Council on 21 June 2011 gave an undertaking that the amendments would be actioned. The clauses are highlighted within the local law and must be actioned in accordance with the undertakings given.
