- This local law is subject to amendment. The Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation has instructed the City that some clauses in the local law require amendment. The Council on 21 June 2011 gave an undertaking that the amendments would be actioned. The clauses are highlighted within the local law and must be actioned in accordance with the undertakings given.
- Relates to Fences
- The City of Melville Fences Amendment Local Law 2011 has been gazetted and will become operational on 12 April 2011. A copy of the Local Law is available at the Civic Centre, all libraries and can be downloaded here.
