Notice of Intention to Levy Differential Rates
The City of Melville is in the process of finalising its budget for the 2013/2014 financial year. The funding proposals include the following principles in relation to each rating category for differential general rates and minimum rates.
Objects and Reasons for Differential Rates
The following Objects and Reasons are provided in accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Council’s “Notice of Intention to Levy Differential Rates” for the 2013/2014 Financial Year on various categories of properties within the City.
