Meetings structure at the City of Melville.
What is an Agenda Briefing Forum?
It is a forum for Elected Members to become more informed on matters prior to formal consideration at the Ordinary Meeting of Council. The Briefing Forums encourage greater open dialogue between Elected Members, Officers and members of the public, and allow Elected Members to gain maximum knowledge and understanding of issues prior to presentation at the Ordinary Meetings of Council.
The Meetings Structure:
Agenda Briefing Forum - Held on the First Tuesday of each month commencing February 2016 at 6.30pm in the Council Chambers
Ordinary Meeting of Council - Held on the Third Tuesday of each month commencing February 2016 at 6.30pm in the Council Chambers. Please refer to Schedule of Public Meetings for meeting dates.
Please note there are no Council Meetings in January. All meetings are held at the City of Melville's Civic Centre, 10 Almondbury Road, Booragoon. The public are welcome to attend all meetings.
